Abstract

The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) that serves as the object of this activity is the “Telur Asin” MSME located in Bulu Village, Petarukan District, Pemalang Regency. This MSME processes duck eggs into delicious, tasty, and nutritious salted eggs. The purpose of implementing this community service activity is to provide assistance in business development at the MSME by identifying existing problems and offering alternative solutions, such as creating a production process video, developing social media accounts, adding the business location to Google Maps, designing a business logo and profile, creating a Business Identification Number (NIB), obtaining a halal certificate, designing a business banner, label, and stamp, preparing business invoices, creating a simple bookkeeping system, and producing an effective promotional and digital marketing video. The results of this activity include improved business management skills for the MSME owner, the availability of promotiona media in the form of videos and business profiles, the establishment of a simple bookkeeping system that facilitates financial management, as well as increased visibility and reach of “Telur Asin Rizki” through digital map platforms, which in turn led to an increase in the number of customers and product sales. The mentoring method used involves implementing several programs, such as producing promotional and production videos as media for product promotion, creating simple bookkeeping records, developing an organizational structure and business profile to provide information about the business background, brief history, vision and mission, and best-selling products to consumers, as well as developing a digital map system to improve the digital map rating of “Telur Asin Rizki” so that it becomes more easily recognized and accessible to a wider range of customers.
