Pengaruh Leadership Style, Compensation Dan Work Environment Terhadap Employee Performance Melalui Job Satisfaction Sebagai Variabel Intervening

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Compensation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, involving 70 respondents. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show a positive influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance, Compensation on Employee Performance, Work Environment on Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. The t-test results indicate that Leadership Style, Compensation, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction have a partially significant effect on Employee Performance. The Sobel test results reveal that Job Satisfaction mediates the relationship between Leadership Style and Employee Performance, between Compensation and Employee Performance, and between Work Environment and Employee Performance.
